Test Results

Please login to your GP online service account to enquire about your test results. If not registered, we would recommend you to register for GP online services, by using one of the links below.

you request a blood test, but the time or date is unsuitable, you can request the surgery to print a blood form. This form you can take to an alternative location where you wish to have blood taken, such as Stratford or Warwick Hospital. You will need arrange the appointment with them.

Please note: The NHS App allows you to get registered without the need to visit the practice.

Through Patient access and NHS app, you will also have the ability to Book or Cancel an Appointment, Request a Repeat Prescription, Change Personal Details and View your Medical Records without visiting the practice.

Once we receive your results, a clinician will review them. If the results are normal, we will not be in contact but can disclose this information upon patient request
